• Create your PDF file using Acrobat Distiller - version: 4.05, 5.05, 6.01 or 7.05. Other versions are accepted, but may cause technical difficulties for the publishers and printers.
  
  
• Use PostScript fonts when creating your file, as the majority of publishers and printers do not support True Type fonts.
  
  
• Create your file in a commonly used design application. Certain design applications may generate files that are not reproducible by a number of publishers or printers.
