From June 30th 2008, support for QuickPrint version 3 will be discontinued.

QuickPrint 3 is a legacy print product that was released over 9 years ago. Over this time, the publisher standards have changed dramatically, making QuickPrint 3 an incompatible product with current market requirements.

Due to the inability of QuickPrint 3 to check outside of postscript data, it is a compromise of both ours and publisher standards to continue supporting this version.

The replacement version for QuickPrint 3 is QuickPrint 5.

By upgrading to Quickprint 5 you can take advantage of many new features and additional checks that will greatly streamline your workflow and ensure publisher's continue to receive high quality print files built to their specifications..

Some of the key features of QuickPrint 5 are as follows:

Built in Adobe Distiller Engine Optimise/Fixing Engine ¬ for automated fixing of errors, including ink-weight reduction, incompatible fonts. Built-in Adobe Photoshop Colour Management Engine ¬ for colour management, ICC profiling and format conversion Built-in Adobe Acrobat previewing Plug-ins for InDesign CS1, CS2, CS3, Quark 6 & 7 Drag and Drop Functionality for PDF¹s not built with QuickPrint.
