What is a QuickPrint authorisation number and how do I get one?

Some versions of QuickPrint may prompt you for an authorisation number upon installation or in cases where the QuickPrint preferences have been destroyed.

It is a randomly generated serial number and can only be unlocked by calling your local technical support department and getting the serial number.

Step 1

Make sure you are in front of your computer

Step 2

Launch QuickPrint either via the pulldown menu or floating palette in your source application.

Step 3

You will be prompted for an Authorisation number. Please call your local Tech Support team and quote the number you see on the screen. The Technical Support Engineer will give you another number to type into the blank field. Type it in exactly as quoted.

Step 4

Press OK and proceed with Setting up your QuickPrint Preferences and Creating a QuickPrint Database.
