ISSUES

The following known issues exist with PageStore Online. Watch this space for more issues, updates and suggested workarounds.

Password Retrieval when multiple users are registered under a single email id

It is possible for two or more users to give the same email address when registering with Global Administration. If one of these users attempts to use the 'Retrieve Password' functionality, a message is displayed reading: ‘Error: There are more than one PSOL users having <address> email address. Please contact PagestoreOnline client support.’

For security reasons, the system cannot email the new password to an email address which is associated with more than one user.
