I have reinstalled PageStore and my "Call Now" button is all greyed out? What can I do?

With PageStore launched, go to Edit > Preferences and choose Startup on the left hand side. Make sure that "This machine is capable of communications" is ticked ON under Misc Options. If the check box is greyed out you have logged in with Operator access. You will need to get your PageStore Administrator to login to access the tick box.
