I haven't got a confirmation or delivered or
acceptance tick from the Publisher? What should I do?
A confirmation or delivered tick means the publisher has picked
the file up. An acceptance means they have processed the file through
their production workflow and are happy to proceed with publication.
If you do not have one of these then it means that either the job
has not been picked up or the job has been picked up but not approved
for publication.
You will need to call that particular publisher to make sure that
all is well with the file.
You may not have a production contact
number. For Australian and New Zealand users, go to the
Quickcut home page, http://www.quickcut.com.au and
option/click or right click on the "View Publishers Online" link
on the left hand side to download a comprehensive contact PDF for
Australia and New Zealand based on publication name.
Contact your local Technical Support if you require a number for
a publisher outside Australia and New Zealand.
If you are using QuickPrint 3.1 or above you will notice that most
publishers will have extra information, including production contacts,
listed in the window underneath the options window on the right hand
side when you go to QuickPrint > Export/Job Options.
